Synopsis:

One of the few gay cinema titles to come out of Russia, 101 Days Before the Command is a brutal portrait of Red Army soldiers struggling for survival in post-cold war Russia. This film, which was shot using real life soldiers was initially banned by Russian censors because of its portrayal of homoerotic relationships between the soldiers in this film.
